We’re currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a high-performing, collaborative team in Stoney Creek. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a company that values its people, invests in training, and offers advancement opportunities.
As the first line of contact for clients, you’ll play a crucial role in managing orders, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and making a real impact—this role is for you!

Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests (97% email, plus phone, chat, CRM, and EDI)
- Process orders, quotes, product inquiries, returns, and sample requests
- Work with cross-functional teams (purchasing, distribution, credit, sales) to ensure timely and accurate information flow
- Monitor customer order lifecycle and proactively resolve issues
- Lead by example with subject matter expertise—support training efforts and act as an escalation point for junior associates
- Handle complex inquiries independently, ensuring first-contact resolution when possible
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- 3+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing/distribution preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Critical thinking and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience using EDI, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles is an asset
