Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Senior Analyst, Management Control is responsible for providing accurate financial analysis and strategic advice to support management decision-making. He or she plays a key role in optimizing the company's financial performance.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated quarterly forecast results and annual plan, including the development of the planning and forecasting documents and presentation decks
- Perform variance analysis to prior forecast and year-over-year for various budget/forecast inputs.
- Coordinate and liaise with cross-departmental internal teams
- Suggest and implement planning and forecasting process improvements
- Participate in special projects and take on other duties as assigned.
- Evaluate the profitability of projects, products and investments.
- Develop financial dashboards to track key performance.
- Provide recommendations to management on strategic decisions based on financial analysis.
- Assist with various IT projects and initiatives.
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual environment
- Excellent command of Excel
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignments
- Highly motivated and organized
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
