Responsibilities
Build and deploy AI agents (Custom, Autonomous) and custom solutions using Graph Connectors, API plugins, frontend frameworks, and Azure AI Services (OpenAI, AI Search, etc.)
Develop production-ready Gen AI plugins, extensions, and microservices using OpenAI and Azure OpenAI
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following defined specifications
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to peers and junior developers
Collaborate with cross-regional development teams and support Business Analysts with requirement gathering
Participate in daily agile stand-ups and contribute to iterative development cycles
Drive high-quality project delivery that meets client and internal expectations
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and approaches, focusing on the latest AI capabilities
Contribute to continuous improvements in the development lifecycle and team practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Certifications in Microsoft .NET and Azure Services (preferred)
Strong experience in agile product delivery and software development in enterprise settings
Hands-on experience with service-oriented, event-driven, and microservices architectures
Familiarity with relational databases, vector databases, and appropriate use cases
Proficient in tools like Azure DevOps and version control platforms
Strong understanding of UX principles, including user stories, persona development, and prototyping
Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Exposure to modern development tools and environments, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (ADO, GitHub Actions), and Teams AI development
Knowledge and experience with technologies like Teams Toolkit for Visual Studio Code, Teams AI Library, Python, Azure AI Foundry, and OpenAI
