We are currently looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in downtown Montreal.

Responsibilities
-calendar management
-plan complex travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
-prioritize and respond to e-mail and call requests
-meeting planning and coordination
-email inbox management
-coordination between internal departments
-prepare required documents or presentations (including PowerPoint)
-prepare correspondence and translate as required
-planning for internal events
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years' experience as an administrative/executive assistant to senior executives in a dynamic, professional and complex organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion and judgment
- Proactive, providing suggestions and solutions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage stress and ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network internally
- Autonomy, curiosity, proactivity and solution-oriented approach
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with excellent drafting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Diploma in office automation or equivalent experience (a bachelor's degree is an asset)
- Project management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Teams, Outlook, Word, Concur and PowerPoint, and willingness and ability to adapt to new technologies and tools
- Fluency in English and French (frequent interaction in English)
