• In SAFe mode, contribute to the planning, organization, and delivery of functions that maximize value for our various business partners.
• Facilitate the daily activities of an inspiring multidisciplinary team that adheres to best software development practices.
• Diagnose problematic situations and ensure the implementation of solutions.
• Support the product owner in prioritizing and refining activities.
• Assist the manager by proactively raising issues.
• Coordinate deployments with your team members.
• As needed, act as an agile coach for less experienced colleagues.
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators.
• Support your team in managing interdependencies and blockers.
Qualifications
• Well-established experience as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years (desired profile: advanced / principal).
• Bachelor's degree or other relevant diploma in the field, plus over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the SAFe framework.
• Proactive, active, and responsive, wanting to help your team deliver.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and strong team spirit.
• Ability to communicate issues, risks, and business objectives clearly.
• Knowledge of Atlassian suite tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Bilingualism in French/English is necessary, as you will interact with partners across Canada and abroad.
