Responsibilities
•Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of Agile events and project/program management practices.
•Support the Product Owner to ensure teams actions are aligned with the Product goals, vision, and roadmap.

•Organize the processes of decomposition and story/task estimation. Co-ordinate cross-team technology dependencies.
•Coordinate interaction with other teams and any other relevant product level synchronizations.

•Identify ways to strengthen teams’ understanding and adoption of Agile concepts and principles.
