A bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science and at least five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience working in Agile Scrum.
Relevant certifications.
Required Skills:
In-depth understanding of agile principles and scrum frameworks.
Ability to analyze and resolve a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational, or technical in nature.
Confident communicator, facilitator, and relationship-builder.
Skilled collaborator able to reinforce agile principles with colleagues.
Innovator with sound business judgment.
Team player with demonstrated ability to help others succeed.
