Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities
Reinforce Agile and Scrum practices to encourage teams to work with agility
Facilitate scrum ceremonies as needed.
Define and develop innovative Agile processes.
Focuses on health of the Scrum team, removes impediments, and promotes collaboration on the teams to create an empowered high-performance team
Remove impediments to the scrum team’s progress
Challenges the team to be self-organizing
Protects the team from internal and external distractions
Work on complex products or value streams with IT and other stakeholders.
Support product owners to ensure targets are clearly established and understood
Assists the Product Owner in ensuring that scope, commitments, and line of sight targets are understood by everyone on the scrum team
Effectively supports the management of product backlogs
Facilitates and ensures that the team is clear on the definition of “done”
Other facilitation activities to support the team(s) as needed
Qualifications
Required Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience is required.
Experience working in Scrum.
Relevant certifications
Required Skills

Nice to have
Background in project management
Experience working in information management, data governance, or policy development subject matter areas.
