Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for business processes,technology architecture, support and integration
-Going through the implementation of new SAP modules, architecture, and business processes and into production environment
-Provide timely guidance, coaching, feedback, and accountability for direct reports to drive cross-functional learning & development and successful project completion
-Lead team members to foster collaboration, understanding, support the team



Qualifications
-University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration
or a related discipline
-7+ years in IT leadership position and in that 5+ years in managing mid to large teams with enterprise client base
-5+ years of managing SAP Center of excellence
-5+ years of experience with business process enhancements
-5+ years of experience in functional management of SAP
