Reporting to the IT Manager, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Analyst to optimize and manage end-to-end supply chain processes. This role involves planning, procurement, logistics coordination, inventory control, and continuous improvement to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
A key responsibility will be supporting the implementation and optimization of SAP within the supply chain, ensuring system accuracy, process alignment, and user training.

Responsibilities
•Oversee procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management activities.
•Lead or support SAP implementation and integration within supply chain processes.
•Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure SAP compliance with operational needs.
•Train and support supply chain users on SAP functionalities.
•Analyze supply chain data to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
•Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
•Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain operations.
•Support continuous improvement projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
•3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
•Hands-on SAP experience (MM, SD, PP, or related modules), preferably in implementation/deployment.
•Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
•Experience in the manufacturing sector.
•Bilingual (French and English).
•SAP certification or formal training is a strong asset.
•APICS CPIM/CSCP or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•Organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
