Responsibilities
Lead and direct the project team to deliver project outcomes.
Manage project scope, strategy, resources, work plans, and dependencies.
Integrate work efforts across all project teams and ensure qualified resources.
Review and approve project deliverables.
Resolve issues, monitor budget, expenditures, headcount, and milestones.
Communicate with stakeholders, report performance metrics, and remove barriers to team performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
5+ years managing IT projects
PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification
Expertise in project lifecycles, planning (resources, cost, schedule)
Experience in large-scale programs, ERP implementation, and business case development
Public Sector project management experience
Experience managing projects with a large system integration vendor
Experience managing multiple projects/vendors concurrently
Excellent interpersonal, listening, facilitation, analysis, problem-resolution, and communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
SAP project management experience (S4HANA, Ariba, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors)
Exposure to SAP Activate Methodology (Hybrid Agile)
Understanding of SAP landscape, modules, and terminology
Ability to liaise between SAP, System Integrator consultants, and Business SME's
Additional Requirements:
Clean criminal record check (at proponent’s expense) prior to and throughout the contract
