Responsibilities
- Implementation Oversight: Validate the systems integrator’s approach, ensuring compliance with SAP standards and best practices.
- Best Practice Guidance: Provide expert recommendations for SAP Payroll Control Centre, Fiori (ESS/MSS), wage types, and schema rules.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct audits and reviews to manage risks and ensure alignment with functional/technical requirements.
- Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate documentation, training, and sessions to equip internal teams for post-go-live support.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify process enhancements in SAP Payroll, time management, or integrated modules; advise on efficiency gains.
- Compliance & Legal Requirements: Ensure solutions meet all legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Payroll modules (ECC, S/4HANA) with 15+ years in configuration, integration, and end-to-end implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
- Deep knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, unionized wage types, personnel calculation rules, time evaluation, ESS/MSS, and Fiori apps.
- Demonstrated 5+ full-cycle SAP Payroll implementations.
- Proficient in standard SAP tools (Payroll Control Centre, wage types, schema rules, etc.).
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
