Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities for this SAP Functional Analyst - Analytics at this well known non-profit Company in Ville Saint-Laurent;
- Design and develop BW and Datasphere solutions to meet the analysis and reporting needs of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION;
- Develop new reports in SAP BPC / SAC and perform unit tests;
- Intervene on corrective and evolutionary maintenance or in project mode on SAP BPC applications;
- Collaborate with data teams to integrate data from various sources into BW and Datasphere systems;
- Maintain and optimize existing solutions to ensure their performance and reliability;
- Hands-on experience in intervention on corrective and evolutionary maintenance or in project mode on SAP BW applications on different business processes SD, MM, FI, CO, HR and PS;
- Participate in requirements definition and project planning in collaboration with stakeholders;
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize the use of BW and Datasphere solutions;
- User support and guidance: Act as a point of contact for the customer's key users. Help them understand and test reports, ensuring that they meet functional requirements and facilitate decision-making;
- Functional and technical liaison: Act as a bridge between the business teams and the IT department. Translate functional requirements into technical terms, share analysis results with the customer's architect and ensure that the IT department's technical solutions are clear and usable by end-users;
- Tool management: Ensure documentation and testing activities on SAP BW and Datasphere, managing end-to-end administrative processes in TFS and validating data accuracy in reports;
- Participation in studies and implementation of new functionalities in SAC following migration to S4Hana.
Qualifications
Here are the qualifications required for this SAP Functional Analyst - Analytics at this well known non-profit Company in Ville Saint-Laurent;
- 5 to 10 years experience in data processing / data warehousing;
- 3 to 5 years experience in SAP BW;
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Datapshere.
- Practical experience in corrective and evolutionary maintenance or in project mode on SAP BW applications on different business processes SD, MM, FI, CO, HR and PS;
- Practical experience in needs analysis, design, writing of functional and technical specifications;
- Practical experience in parameterization, mock-up, modeling and report construction; - Practical experience in developing flows in BW / Datasphere and carrying out unit tests;
- Technical and functional expertise on solutions: SAP BPC 10.1, SAC;
- Expertise in allocation models and EPM reporting;
- Technical and functional expertise on solutions: SAP BW 7.5, BEX, AFO, Business Content; - Practical experience in performance optimization and Basis team support;
- Practical experience in participating in studies and implementing flows in Datasphere following migration to S4Hana;
- Practical experience in working on other analytical topics based on Microsoft technology.
