Responsibilities
• Co-Lead and manage the end-to-end master data migration stream from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA for Utilities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the master data migration team (employees and contractors), fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Work closely with the co-leader to make joint decisions, strategize, and drive project success.
• Co-Lead a team of contractors responsible for supporting the master data migration stream.
• Collaborate with business process owners (BPO’s) and internal teams to understand data migration requirements and scope.
• Develop comprehensive data migration strategies, migration plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and design ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Develop and maintain the mock load & cutover plan including simulations ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and system readiness before the final cutover.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout the migration process
• Lead data profiling, validation, and testing to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Establish and track KPIs for data migration, providing status updates and issue tracking to senior leadership and the PMO.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to the internal resource, helping them navigate challenges and develop professionally
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with others, including co-leaders and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions and take collective responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA for Utilities data structures and migration tools.
• Strong understanding of Data Migration Methodology (ETL) including profiling, cleansing, and validation activities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
