Responsibilities
The SAP Change Management consultant is required as the project continues through the remaining phases as well as for post Go-Live support. The resource will:
- Work closely with the FSTP Change Manager to implement Change Management activities.
- Document End-to-end Change Management project impacts.
- Identify and implement mitigation strategies to address stakeholder change impacts.
- Define/refine change management success criteria.
- Overall stakeholder management and communications.
- Development of communication materials.
- Support the escalation/resolution of OCM related issues and sign off change management deliverables.
- Provide support to he communication and training teams.
- Develop and implement plan for post Go-Live monitoring and support.
Deliverables:
1. Organizational Change Management strategy and plan.
2. Change Readiness Assessment.
3. Change Impact Assessment and Mitigation Strategies.
4. Change Execution Plan / Change Transformation Roadmap.
5. Stakeholder Assessment.
6. Communication strategy and plan.
7. Skills gap analysis.
8. Training Plan and Delivery.
9. Options documents to support decision-making by project leadership.
10. Key decision documents.
11. Other analyses and reports for Management as needed.
12. Input for training and sustainment model; and
13. Documentation of issues and risks.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- 15+ years of hands-on experience leading OCM initiatives in large, complex projects/programs within government or large private sector organizations.
- Expertise in SAP-related change management initiatives, particularly with SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Grants Management, Project Systems, Procurement, etc.).
Desirable Skills:
- Proven experience delivering at least two end-to-end SAP implementations in a unionized environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing stakeholder change impacts, developing communication and training strategies, and facilitating organizational adoption.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with confidence in interacting across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project and Excel.
- Strong process and risk management skills with a strategic mindset.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change in a high-volume, fast-paced project environment.
- Critical thinking and strategic planning experience essential to transformation success.
