Responsibilities
- Provide Change implementation leadership;
- Work closely with the FSTP Change Manager to implement Change Management activities.
- Document End to End Change Management project impacts.
- Identify and implement mitigation strategies to address stakeholder change impacts.
- Define/refine change management success criteria.
- Analysis and metrics-based tracking facilitating status updates/reporting.
- Gather and assess knowledge around leading practices in the City.
- Document Stakeholder Management and Communication.
- Detailed stakeholder analysis and needs assessment.
- Stakeholder engagement and communications planning.
- Stakeholder engagement meeting facilitation.
- Development of communication materials.
- Support the escalation/resolution of OCM-related issues and sign off change management deliverables.
- Provide support to the communication and training teams.
- Develop and implement the plan for post Go-Live monitoring and support.
Qualifications
Desired Skills:
1. Extensive experience delivering OCM, Communication, Training Oversight and Advisory Support, including strategic advice, oversight and support for the OCM, communication and training strategy development, review and recommendations, delivery and post-implementation assessment and recommendations.
2. A minimum of 15+ years hands-on experience in large project/program management with Government jurisdictions and or large private sector organizations.
3. Extensive experience leading business transformation change initiatives at an enterprise level with a unionized workforce, ideally in the public sector.
4. Project experience with SAP technologies including but not limited to SAP S/4 (Finance, Controlling, Funds Management, Grants Management, Project Systems, Asset Accounting, Procurement, Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution, SAP SuccessFactors (Learning, Compensation/Performance Management, Succession Planning, Recruiting, Onboarding and others), SAP Ariba, SAP Payroll, Time Management.
5. Experience in delivering at least 2 end-to-end implementations in a unionized labour environment similar to the City.
6. Demonstrated ability to work in transformative programs.
7. Demonstrated ability to build and work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Project excellence spanning Governance, Definition, Planning, Project Management & Control, Financials and Close-out.
9. Strong Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Project and MS Excel.
10. Tenacious and willing to support the team during peak volumes and workloads with various activities.
11. Strong in process management and controls to minimize risk exposure.
12. Ability to lead efficient communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams and clients.
13. Ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and effectively working with key stakeholders.
14. Excellent written & verbal communication skills (comfortable & confident communicating at all levels, including business partners, leadership and vendors).
15. Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic planning skills.
