Responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure test coverage for new features and enhancements
• Validate data integrity, workflows, and system functionality within Salesforce
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and improve quality assurance processes
• Support automation testing efforts and contribute to continuous testing strategies
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in QA testing with a focus on Salesforce applications
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other relevant modules
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving defects
