Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and customizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and work closely with development teams
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and automation
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-implementation support
• Work with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless Salesforce integrations
• Document workflows, processes, and system changes for stakeholder communication
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce CRM
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other relevant modules
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations, data migration, and system customization
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
