Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in target markets
- Prospect, cold call, and manage sales pipeline
- Travel to client sites; valid driver’s license and clean record required - 75% on the road
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Installation and Sales
- Process orders and track daily sales for weekly reporting
- Understand laundry systems, technologies, and utility costs
- Coordinate with manufacturers’ tech support to resolve client issues
- Troubleshoot issues and handle customer concerns
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Science, engineering, or technical background with industrial B2B sales experience also considered
- Proven sales experience, ideally in commercial or industrial equipment
- Strong knowledge of laundry equipment and related technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales territory independently
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Willing to travel for client meetings and industry events
