You’ll spend the first phase of development learning exactly how our Client’s unique business operates – from shipping and receiving, counter sales, to operations management and everything in between. Then you’ll get to know customers, growing a sales territory of your own by being out in the field engaging customers to provide world class customer service and building customer loyalty.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Phase 1 – Warehouse Logistics – Learn the products we sell, how they get from the vendor to the customer and understand all levels of sales support.
•Phase 2 – Operations – Get involved in our customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and much more…
•Phase 3 – Inside Sales/Project Management – Go from helping customers with various product and service issues to managing large-scale projects.
•Phase 4 – Outside Sales/Account Management – Learn how to find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
•University or College graduate preferred
•Positive attitude and results oriented mindset
•Work well in a team-based environment
•Desire to provide a strong customer service level
•Strong work ethic. Independent and self-motivated
•Ability and desire to learn. If you are resourceful, you will thrive
•Excellent customer service, interpersonal awareness, organizational and communication skills
•Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
•Valid Driver’s license with clean abstract
•Ability to lift and move 50lbs
