Responsibilities
- Manage client price lists (creation, revision, and resolution of related issues);
- Ensure the receipt, validation, creation, and modification of client agreements and discounts;
- Prepare price increases, verify their application on agreed-upon dates, and make necessary corrections when required;
- Perform tasks related to period closure for programs and promotions;
- Prepare the documentation supporting payments for client agreements;
- Prepare commission payments to brokers each period
- Ensure the creation and updating of various sales reports for the finance and sales departments;
- Ensure that data is kept up to date and prepare all documents required for auditors;
- Responsible for daily invoicing, including verifying client prices;
- Order office supplies;
- Any other related tasks.
Qualifications
-DEC in Business Management, Administration, or a related field;
-3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
-Experience in sales administration within the food industry;
-Advanced knowledge of Excel;
-Knowledge of the Office Suite and experience with an ERP system;
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
-Functional bilingualism.
