Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Report to and assist the Program Manager / Director of Operations.
Utilize business management software to create process and track sales quotes;
Process online purchases; process customer payments; and shipping orders;
Data entry of all day to day operations
Process component purchases, and vendor and supplier orders.
Interact with sales, finance, and product assembly personnel.
Interact and provide assistance to customers if needed
Follow up on shipments throughout the company, by tracking and tracing.
Dealing with all the inventory levels and coordinate all stock levels.
Qualifications
-Bilingual English / French (spoken and written)
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Good communication skills
-Attention to detail
-Comfortable with computers
-Data entry experience
-Good experience in coordination with various departments
