As part of this pilot project, you will help ensure smooth communication between departments, handle escalations, and deliver timely updates to customers. You will leverage tools such as our SIMS service website, coordinate with warehouses, and connect with service partners.
Position: After-Hours sales & service support clerk (Temporary, Part-Time)
Schedule: Wednesday to Friday, 4 PM–8 PM & Saturday to Sunday, 9 AM–2 PM
Location: Remote after initial training (training onsite in Lasalle)
Duration: 3-6 months (potential for permanency)
Salary: $20-$23/hour

Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between the Sales and Service teams, providing updates to customers.
Respond to follow-ups, manage escalations, and confirm field service technicians’ ETAs.
Coordinate callbacks to key clients such as Costco and service companies.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers via phone and email.
Manage data using MS Office tools, including Outlook and Excel.
Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (the clients are located in canda and USA).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and be proactive in problem-solving.
Availability to complete training onsite during weekdays (1 week, with remote training as a possible alternative).
