Position: Marketing & Sales Administrator
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (possibility for permanent)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Rate: $22-24/hr

Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the field sales representatives, handling all new business account enrollments, processing account changes and updates to the internal system
- Responsible for VIP enrollments and set ups.
- Efficient and timely processing of invoices and tracking of Purchase Orders against set budgets.
- Timely reconciliation of budgets against purchase orders and invoices
- Responsible for generation of monthly reports including ad hoc reports as required.
- Responsible for diffusing client specific rate or other related issues
- Efficiently responds and resolves all incoming customer service queries by email or phone (loyalty, app and other client specific queries)
- Responsible for the deployment and management of the customer surveys
- Liaisons with the operational team as required & creates city specific rates as needed.
- Other related duties may include conducting background sales or marketing research, liaising between field sales representatives and internal operations personnel, and assisting sales and marketing personnel on projects and assignments.
- Community management via social media accounts as required.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a sales and marketing support/administrative role
- An undergraduate degree or college diploma
- Excellent verbal communication and professional English writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Highly organized, detail oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Energetic and ability to prioritize and react quickly to a busy, changing environment.
