Responsibilities
•Deliver hands-on training and instruction at dispatch centers across the province
•Develop, review, and maintain training documentation and communication materials
•Align training delivery with EHPMDB processes and stakeholder needs
•Provide both technical and non-technical training sessions
•Coordinate training schedules and report progress to the training lead
•Evaluate trainees and provide performance feedback
•Participate in implementation assessments and post go-live support
•Lead lessons learned sessions and support continuous improvement
•Serve as the province-wide subject matter expert on telephony training initiatives
Qualifications
•5+ years of experience as a Trainer, preferably in paramedic services or dispatch centers
•Experience with telecom and dispatch systems
•Knowledge of paramedic operations
•Experience in designing training strategies and delivering to diverse user groups
•Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems, AVL, and dispatching platforms
•Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
•Class G driver’s license (or equivalent) with ability to travel frequently across Ontario
