•Consult with business areas to document requirements for MRAS notification functionalities
•Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to define data exchange protocols

•Support Agile development efforts by working closely with development and QA teams

Qualifications
•5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
•Experience working in Agile environments within the Software Development Life Cycle
•Proficient in RESTful and SOAP API integration and data interoperability
•Skilled in facilitation, strategic analysis, business case development, and stakeholder engagement
•Strong verbal and written communication skills for consultations and executive presentations
•Experience with tools such as MS Excel and Power BI for data visualization
•Familiarity with ITIL, incident management, and project gating processes is preferred
