Responsibilities
- Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining and conducting unit tests.
- Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical issues related to Siebel CRM configuration, integration with Adobe AEM and J2EE technologies, and Siebel Test Automation.
- Applies expertise in Siebel Tools, Open UI methods, and Web Templates to ensure system performance and quality.
- Supports report development and testing using OBIEE, PowerBI, JavaScript, and HTML5 while ensuring alignment with public sector CRM module requirements and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must.
- 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/development/integration.
- 3+ years of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
- Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset
Nice to Have:
