Responsibilities
•Design hosting technology solutions based on business and technical specifications
•Create business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements
•Develop application flows, screen mock-ups, and wireframes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
•Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback for iterative improvements
•Document business rules, risk assessments, and quality assurance plans
•Contribute to test strategy development and participate in UAT planning
•Apply change management methodologies and maintain business architecture artefacts
Qualifications
•Minimum 7+ years of experience with Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM solution design and implementation
•Proven expertise in developing business design documents, application flows, and functional specifications
•Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA) and user experience design
•Familiarity with Rational Unified Process (RUP) and change management methodologies
•Demonstrated skills in creating CRUD matrices, mockups, prototypes, and user journey maps
•Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment models and QA standards is considered an asset
