•Translate user feedback into solution improvements
•Support and guide change management processes and prepare documentation for UAT and QA planning
•Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG/AODA) standards
•Document business architecture artefacts and contribute to test strategy development
Qualifications
•7+ years of experience designing Oracle Siebel CRM solutions
•7+ years of experience designing Adobe AEM-based solutions
•Proven experience developing functional design documents and business requirement documents
•Proficient in user experience design practices and accessibility compliance
•Demonstrated expertise in screen flow development, CRUD matrices, and user interface mockups
•Familiarity with RUP methodology and change management practices
•Knowledge of Public Sector Transfer Payment models is an asset
•Experience with ensuring quality assurance standards is an asset
