Responsibilities
•Design and implement identity management solutions using Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite (12C)
•Conduct impact assessments for patches and re-apply custom components
•Evaluate test defects related to workflows and system configurations
•Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams
•Troubleshoot identity management issues and minimize system downtime
•Develop and document IAM configurations, development, and deployment packages
•Identify and communicate risks, optimization opportunities, and technical issues
•Participate in regular team meetings and collaborate on business requirements
Qualifications
•Minimum 7 years as a solution architect with Oracle Identity and Access Management Systems
•Minimum 5 years solution development experience with Oracle IAM 12C
•Proven experience integrating Oracle IAM suite: OAM, OIM, OUD/OVD, OHS, Oracle Databases
•Minimum 5 years working with OIM API, connectors, workflows, and Entrust SDK
•Strong coding experience using JDK 8+ and working knowledge of C++
•Demonstrated experience in patch impact analysis and IAM defect resolution
•Effective written and oral communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement
