Responsibilities
•Plan and organize testing for both large and small systems across GUI and non-GUI environments
•Develop test strategies, plans, test cases, scripts, and supporting documentation
•Execute a range of tests including functional, integration, load, performance, and system-level tests
•Support and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
•Perform static testing, requirements walkthroughs, and collaborate with stakeholders to define testing scope
•Use DevOps tools like Azure DevOps and Jira for tracking and automation
•Assist client support teams with training setup and implementation processes
•Provide issue resolution and maintain documentation throughout the SDLC
Qualifications
•10+ years of QA/testing experience across multiple systems and platforms
•Hands-on experience with Oracle platform
•Proven experience executing automated and manual tests
•Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and automated testing frameworks
•Experience with CASE tools, structured methodologies, and full SDLC
•Knowledge of AODA compliance, object-oriented testing methods, and data query tools
•Desirable: experience with programming languages and Commercial Off-the-Shelf Applications (COTS)
