Responsibilities
Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining and enhancing Siebel CRM configurations and integrations (including Adobe AEM and J2EE), and supporting OBIEE and Power BI report development within public sector-focused modules and environments.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/design/development/integration.
- 5+ years of experience in Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
- Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset.
General Skills:
- Experience with configuring Siebel migration application.
- Experience with administering the Siebel Approval Manager.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to participate in a large team and work closely with other individual team members.
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive time lines, and be adaptive to change.
- Displays problem-solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems.
