Responsibilities
•Lead and conduct privacy impact assessments for digital systems handling personal and health information
•Evaluate risks in web, mobile, cloud, and legacy system integrations
•Ensure compliance with access and privacy legislation and standards (FIPPA, PHIPA, PIPEDA)
•Provide security-by-design and strategic privacy maturity guidance
•Interpret technical documents (architecture, process flows) to identify privacy issues
•Collaborate with policy teams to ensure privacy alignment in policies and legislation
•Engage in stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and document findings
•Provide detailed recommendations and present findings to senior executives
•Coordinate PIA sign-offs and maintain related documentation
Qualifications
