Qualifications
•5–8+ years supporting zOs mainframe systems (TSO/ISPF, JCL)
•Proven experience with CA7 scheduling tools and related batch/online applications
•Working knowledge of IMS and DB2 environments
•Familiarity with service management tools such as eSMT, CIT, Remedy, and ITIL
•Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
•Understanding of incident, change, and problem management processes
•Proficiency with OS365 and collaboration tools to assess and adapt to changing client needs
