Responsibilities
Deliverables:
Provide program and project management and coordination expertise throughout the lifecycle of this complex set of initiatives affecting people, processes, and technology. This includes the planning, coordination, implementation, and migration of clients to new products and services, including the Microsoft Teams Phone Service and Software-Defined Wide Area Networking and Broadband network services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, coordination and implementation of technical service and solutions, large-scale migrations (over 1,500 locations across the Province of Ontario) and product enhancements as determined by the intiative. This will include the introduction and transition from legacy network and voice services to new enhanced offerings. There will be heavy client engagement needed to migrate services from our clients' projects.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Candidate's service implementation, migration and transformation experience, especially as it relates to Ontario Government services.
- Ability to plan and execute enterprise/large-scale voice, network and SD-WAN and broadband internet service migrations.
- The candidates' depth of experience leading complex Enterprise level projects related to technology implementations and transformations, and user migrations, especially as they pertain to Ontario Government telecommunications services.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with Gov't of Ontario Networks
