•Develop test plans, test cases, and scripts from requirements and user stories
•Execute functional, system integration, and user acceptance testing
•Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and maintain defect logs
•Conduct manual and automated testing using tools like Postman, JIRA, and Azure TFS
•Participate in design reviews and ensure traceability of test coverage
•Integrate tests into continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps
•Produce documentation including defect reports, test summary reports, and traceability matrices
•Support knowledge transfer and contribute to documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
•5+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience in Agile/SDLC environments
•Proven expertise in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O systems
•Experience with bug tracking, test case management, and automation frameworks (JIRA, Azure TFS, Gherkins, Appium, Cucumber)
•Proficient in tools such as Postman, JMeter, Git, Jenkins
•Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM testing principles and business applications including financial systems
•Ability to write and manage both manual and automated test scripts
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams
