Responsibilities
•Support the redesign of the reporting platform for scalability and flexibility
•Collaborate with product owners to manage and prioritize backlog
•Lead and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
•Elicit, document, and analyze business and data requirements
•Write and refine user stories using Azure DevOps
•Facilitate sessions with diverse stakeholders using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
•Translate business goals into design models, concepts, and technical specifications
•Provide documentation and reports on progress and metrics
•Support knowledge transfer and ensure ongoing project continuity
Qualifications
•5–8+ years of experience in business analysis and solution design
•Proven expertise in requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and user interaction design (UI/UX)
•Hands-on experience writing user stories in Azure DevOps
•Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise data warehouse concepts (Kimball and Inmon)
•Strong understanding of enterprise architectural principles for data platforms in Azure
•Familiarity with COTS tools such as IBM CURAM (nice to have)
•Proficiency with SDLC methodologies, ITIL processes, and accessibility standards (AODA, WCAG 2.1)
•Experience with documentation development, project planning, and stakeholder engagement
