Responsibilities
- Responsible for chairing all monthly client engagement calls for each cluster, as well as collecting and analyzing OS deployment data to produce meaningful collateral for these calls.
- Producing collateral for internal/external Governance calls, including chairing the meetings.
- Provide status updates, risks and issues to ITS/DCO/Client stakeholders, including but not limited to management, senior management, directors, cluster partners, etc.
- Assist DCO financial teams in producing updated software support cost projections, cluster costs and developing new cost models as products enter extended support or when publishers change their costs models
- Making further enhancements to the SRP client experience by creating enhanced data-driven reporting, communications material, processes and helping clients identify paths forward to best reduce their software support costs.
- Assisting with the modernization of the SRP and its services.
- Creating RACIs and on-boarding activities.
- Developing costing and pricing models.
- Forecasting support and technical debt costs.
- Tracking and reporting on refresh KPIs.
- Development and continued iterations of reporting.
- Stakeholder engagement and management, including process improvements
- Developing training and operational guides.
- Coordinating enterprise architecture approvals.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Demonstrated experience overseeing software upgrades/refreshes and transition activities
- Demonstrated data analytic skills, including a working knowledge of tools such as BI, SharePoint Online, advanced Excel skills, etc.
- Demonstrated experience with software and financial forecasting and modeling using agile methods.
General Skills:
- Demonstrated experience with the replacement of large enterprise complex services and hardware at large critical locations.
- Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of modern Data Centre service models.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic delivery development of operational readiness programs for large and complex organizations, including cloud management.
