Responsibilities
•Develop and manage detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks
•Coordinate execution across technical, operational, and design teams
•Monitor milestones and adjust plans to ensure timely delivery
•Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives
•Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning
•Provide regular project updates, executive reports, and status briefings
•Ensure adherence to all standards, protocols, and compliance frameworks
•Prepare and manage project documentation, including business cases and risk assessments
Qualifications
•10+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-phase IT projects
•Experience in process improvement or product management projects
•Familiarity with Ontario’s PMO Stage Gate process and government project protocols
•Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills
•Proven expertise in risk management, budgeting, and team leadership
•Technical knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure
•Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Teams, and Confluence
•Desirable: Agile/Scrum experience, ITIL framework knowledge, privacy/security documentation experience
