•Administer large-scale Oracle RAC database environments
•Configure and manage Oracle Data Guard and GoldenGate for data replication
•Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity during replication
•Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) and manage data masking best practices
•Integrate Oracle data solutions with Azure cloud platforms and services
•Automate tasks using SQL, PL/SQL, Python, or Shell scripting
•Support development teams with DevOps integration and database deployment
•Create and manage technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and reports
•Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot production issues
•Collaborate with internal teams to address solution design risks and issues
•Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and maintain high-quality deliverables
Qualifications
•10+ years of experience managing large Oracle database environments
•Strong hands-on experience with Oracle RAC, GoldenGate, and Data Guard
•Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting (Python, Shell)
•Deep understanding of Oracle 19c and Exadata platform performance tuning
•Experience with Oracle GoldenGate Big Data Edition and Azure Storage integration
•Familiarity with Azure Databricks and big data processing platforms
•Background in DevOps and automated deployment pipelines
•Expertise in CDC, data masking, and ETL processing
•Experience working in Agile environments and performing detailed code reviews
•Excellent documentation, planning, and communication skills
