Responsibilities
•Manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations
•Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to implement and support the PSRN system
•Facilitate project meetings, briefings, and steering committee presentations
•Develop and implement performance metrics, project charters, and integrated project plans
•Track and decommission legacy IT hardware and telecommunication equipment
•Provide leadership for field deployment activities, including training support and equipment rollout
•Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and industry standards
•Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with public safety operations teams
Qualifications
•10+ years of experience managing all phases of complex IT projects, especially in public safety or emergency response environments
•Experience managing hardware decommissioning and tracking across large-scale implementations
•Hands-on knowledge of back-end technology related to radio and paging systems
•Proven experience leading stakeholder coordination and vendor management
•Familiarity with IT project management methodologies, including PMI standards
•Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
•Travel availability and hybrid work flexibility (3 days onsite)
•ITIL V4 certification preferred; Six Sigma, Agile, and Business Analysis certifications are assets
