Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards using DAX, SQL, and Azure services
•Translate wireframes and business requirements into technical tasks
•Build and test reports, dashboards, and data models aligned with business needs
•Document algorithms, parameters, and design using standard documentation practices
•Conduct data modelling, ETL/ELT tasks, and integrate with cloud services
•Support accessibility compliance following AODA and WCAG 2.0 standards
•Work closely with project managers, QA analysts, UI/UX designers, and other developers
•Participate in Fit-Gap analysis, functional design, and usability testing
•Facilitate knowledge transfer through training, demos, and documentation
Qualifications
•Minimum 3+ years of Power BI development experience including DAX and report modeling
•Proficiency with SQL Server, Oracle, Azure Database, and Azure Synapse
•Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Analysis Services, and Customer Voice
•Strong skills in translating business requirements into functional reporting products
•Familiarity with AODA and WCAG 2.0 compliance for reporting and dashboards
•Background in scripting, Informatica/SSIS, and data-specific development tasks
•Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
