•Support the redesign of reporting platform data models
•Collaborate with Product Owner to prioritize and refine backlog
•Participate in sprint planning and define sprint objectives
•Conduct requirement elicitation and write user stories using Azure DevOps
•Facilitate stakeholder sessions to discover and analyze requirements
•Provide documentation and reporting on project metrics and progress
•Translate business needs into system design and solution concepts
•Recommend technical approaches for business problems
•Develop user interaction design and contribute to solution architecture
•Consult on source-to-target mapping and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
Qualifications
•Minimum 5–8 years of business analysis experience with demonstrated skills in Requirement elicitation and gap analysis, Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies and Writing user stories and using Azure DevOps
•Experience leading business transformation and solution design initiatives
•Strong understanding of Data warehouse modeling concepts (Kimball/Inmon)
•Enterprise architectural concepts, specifically business architecture for Azure-based platforms
•Front-end technologies and data mining/reporting COTS tools (e.g., IBM CURAM)
•Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ITIL processes for change and release management. SQL and data retrieval tools
•Knowledge of accessibility compliance standards (AODA, WCAG 2.1)
•Strong communication, presentation, and project documentation skills
