•Manage service issues, incidents, root cause analysis, and resolution
•Develop and implement operational processes, standards, and documentation

Qualifications
•10+ years in technology leadership for applications supporting over 10,000 users
•Proven experience leading identity system implementations and verification services
•Expertise with identity protocols: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0
•Familiarity with cloud identity tools (e.g., Okta, Azure AD B2C, Auth0)
•Knowledge in IT security technologies, encryption, and authentication
•Experience in vendor relationship management and service level monitoring
•Demonstrated success in stakeholder communication and technical documentation
•In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and quality assurance practices
