•Manage large project budgets, ensuring fiscal control and accuracy in forecasts and actuals.
•Lead scrum teams and daily standups using tools such as Azure DevOps.
•Guide all governance and approval processes, including business case development and Treasury Board submissions.
•Supervise project staff, provide leadership, and manage client and stakeholder expectations.
•Deliver project, program, and portfolio reporting to senior executives and multi-stakeholder groups.
•Promote project management best practices and ensure compliance with standards like PMI/PMBOK, SDLC, and ITIL.
Qualifications
•Demonstrated experience managing high-risk, high-profile IT projects from inception to completion.
•Proven ability to develop integrated plans and manage all project deliverables.
•Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, Enterprise Architecture, and project governance frameworks.
•Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps to manage scrum teams and daily operations.
•Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change management, and conflict resolution.
