Qualifications
•10+ years of experience in project management with web, cloud, and API-based services
•Expertise in Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
•Experience with Microsoft Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and Java/.Net technologies
•Strong familiarity with HL7 FHIR, GO-ITS, and Digital Health standards
•Background in healthcare-related IT projects and public-facing service delivery
•Skilled in tools like MS Project, Jira, Planview, Microsoft DevOps
•Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
•Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting
