•Ensure testing alignment with structured methodologies and industry best practices.
•Work with Azure DevOps, Microfocus ALM 12.5, and automation testing tools.
•Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide test reports and defect analysis.
•Maintain test data for various validation phases.
•Work closely with development, IT operations, and business teams to ensure seamless testing processes.
•Participate in test case reviews, strategy discussions, and requirement analysis sessions.
•Document and communicate testing progress, defects, and resolutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications
•10+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
•Expertise in test management tools such as Azure DevOps & Microfocus ALM 12.5.
•Experience with Cloud testing, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
•Strong knowledge of AODA compliance audit tools (AXE, WAVE).
•Hands-on experience with ReadyAPI, Web Services, API, Java Technologies.
•Knowledge of IMS/DB2/SQL/Oracle Databases and UNIX environments.
•Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, change, and release management.
•Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and structured testing methodologies.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with teams and stakeholders.
•Ability to document testing strategies, plans, and defect analysis reports.
•Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
