•Create business process models, user stories, test plans, risk assessments, and UI specifications.
•Provide continuous support during design, development, and testing phases.
•Facilitate walkthroughs, review technical documents, manage risks, and coordinate interdependencies.
•Support development and QA teams by reviewing test plans, resolving issues, and handling end-user inquiries.
•Ensure documentation is up to date and compliant with enterprise architecture and project governance requirements.
Qualifications
•Demonstrated expertise in SDLC and structured methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and iterative approaches.
•Proven experience in legacy systems analysis, Oracle Siebel implementations, and mid-tier environments.
•Skilled in Business Object-Oriented Modeling, UML, prototyping tools, Power BI, Azure DevOps, JIRA, and PowerDesigner.
•Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, user-centric design, and AODA compliance.
•Experience with functional and non-functional documentation, data modeling, and traceability matrices.
•Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
•Ability to prioritize and deliver business goals through digital transformation initiatives.
