•Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide test summary reports.
•Conduct different test procedures, report issues, and follow up on the status of issues.

•Ensure software performance is optimized and free of critical defects.
•Monitor system vulnerabilities and security risks.
•Provide final test summary reports to confirm application readiness.
•Work with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to define user stories and test cases.
•Engage in Agile projects, using Azure DevOps for defect tracking and sprint testing.
•Assist in knowledge transfer and documentation for team members.
Qualifications
•5+ years of experience in QA and software testing.
•Experience testing COTS applications (case management, Curam, or child welfare applications).
•Proficiency in Azure DevOps tools for test management and defect tracking.
•Strong knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies.
•Experience with test case execution and issue tracking in an Agile environment.
•Ability to create structured test plans and test cases for both functional and non-functional testing.
•Experience in project management and documentation.
•Knowledge of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and compliance testing.
•Experience with SQL and data query tools.
•Familiarity with structured methodologies for SDLC.
•Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
