Responsibilities
•Lead and conduct business analysis to define data and system requirements
•Prepare and maintain user stories, use cases, and product backlog items
•Facilitate data validation, FHIR entity mapping, and FHIR data flow documentation
•Create and interpret Entity-Relationship Diagrams for modeling data relationships
•Write complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, and manipulate relational databases
•Document data models, definitions, business rules, and source-to-target mappings
•Conduct business and data modeling, including logical, conceptual, and physical designs
•Ensure alignment with AODA regulations and accessibility standards
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and stakeholders
Qualifications
•7–10 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on database-driven projects
•Expertise in SQL (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and data modeling
•Experience with FHIR: data validation, mapping, and flow documentation
•Familiarity with CASE tools like Power Designer
•Experience in Agile environments and backlog refinement
•Understanding of data warehousing and normalization/denormalization techniques
•Knowledge of AODA compliance and related standards
